Refund and Return Policy
Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from your online purchase within 14 calendar days of receipt, without giving any reason.
How to Return an Item
Would you like to exercise your right of withdrawal?
- Notify us of your return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, via mvretail@outlook.be
- After notifying us, you then have 14 days to send the product back to us.
- Send the product to the return address we provide you with.
- Keep your proof of shipment and the track & trace code until your return has been fully processed.
Condition of the Product
You may unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, just as you would be able to do in a physical store. If the product has been used or handled beyond what is necessary for this purpose, we may charge for any diminished value to the extent permitted by law.
Return Costs
The direct costs of returning an order are borne by the customer, unless the product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
Refunds
Following a valid withdrawal, we will refund all payments received, including the cheapest standard delivery method we offer for the original order. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the product back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the product back, whichever comes first.
The refund will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless otherwise agreed.
Personalized Products
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are manufactured to the customer's specifications or are clearly personalized for a specific individual, to the extent the legal exception to the right of withdrawal applies (this concerns custom orders specifically designed for you).
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Product
Did you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible at mvretail@outlook.be. In that case, you will not need to bear the return costs yourself, and we will work together to find a suitable solution.
Statutory Warranty
Consumers are entitled to the statutory warranty in accordance with Belgian consumer law. In case of a lack of conformity of the product, you can contact us at mvretail@outlook.be.
